1. قبول الشروط | Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك أو دخولك إلى HostStore ("المتجر" أو "الخدمة")، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فيجب عليك التوقف فوراً عن استخدام الخدمة.

By accessing or using HostStore (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. طبيعة الخدمة | Nature of Service

يوفر HostStore منتجات رقمية، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، حسابات الألعاب مثل Fortnite وغيرها من الخدمات الإلكترونية.

عند إتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك تفهم وتوافق على أن:

HostStore provides digital goods, including but not limited to accounts for games such as Fortnite and other online services.

By purchasing, you understand and agree that:

  • You are purchasing access to a digital account, not ownership of the original platform.
  • HostStore is not affiliated with any game developers or publishers.
  • Any misuse of purchased accounts is solely the buyer's responsibility.

3. مسؤولية المستخدم | User Responsibility

أنت توافق على أن:

  • أنت المسؤول بالكامل عن تأمين الحساب الذي تم شراؤه.
  • أي إجراءات يتم اتخاذها بعد تسليم الحساب تقع تحت مسؤوليتك.
  • لن تقوم بمشاركة الحساب أو إعادة بيعه أو استخدامه بطريقة تخالف قوانين أو شروط المنصة ذات الصلة.

HostStore غير مسؤول عن أي حظر أو تعليق أو قيود تفرضها خدمات أو منصات خارجية.

You agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for securing any purchased account.
  • Any actions performed after delivery are your responsibility.
  • You will not share, resell, or misuse the account in violation of any platform's rules.

HostStore is not liable for bans, suspensions, or restrictions applied by third-party services.

4. عمليات الاسترداد العكسي والنزاعات | Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

بإتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك توافق على أن:

  • جميع المدفوعات نهائية وغير قابلة للعكس، باستثناء الحالات المحددة في قسم سياسة الاسترداد.
  • لن تقوم بتقديم Chargeback أو نزاع أو عكس عملية الدفع من خلال البنك أو PayPal أو أي مزود دفع آخر دون التواصل مع HostStore أولاً.

عند وجود مشكلة حقيقية في الطلب، يجب التواصل مع دعم HostStore قبل فتح نزاع مع مزود الدفع.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • All payments are final and non-reversible except where specifically stated in the Refund Policy.
  • You will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, PayPal, or any payment provider without contacting HostStore first.

For legitimate order issues, you must contact HostStore support before opening a payment dispute.

5. سياسة الاسترداد | Refund Policy

يمكن تقديم طلب استرداد فقط في الحالات التالية:

  • تكرار عملية الدفع نتيجة خطأ مؤكد في معالجة الدفع.
  • عدم تسليم المنتج الرقمي الذي تم شراؤه.

يجب تقديم جميع طلبات الاسترداد خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الشراء.

يحتفظ HostStore بالحق في مراجعة كل طلب استرداد واتخاذ القرار النهائي بشأن أهليته وفقاً لهذه الشروط.

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment caused by a verified payment processing error.
  • Failure to deliver the purchased digital product.

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

HostStore reserves the right to review each refund request and determine eligibility according to these Terms.

6. الحالات غير القابلة للاسترداد | Non-Refundable Situations

لا يتم قبول طلبات الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:

  • تم الدخول إلى الحساب أو استخدامه.
  • تغيير رأي المشتري بعد الشراء.
  • عدم قراءة وصف المنتج قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
  • وجود Parental Controls أو أي قيود مذكورة بوضوح في وصف المنتج.
  • تغيير بيانات الحساب بعد استلامه.
  • مشاركة بيانات الحساب مع شخص آخر.

تعتبر جميع عمليات البيع نهائية بمجرد تسليم بيانات الحساب.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The account has been accessed, logged into, or used.
  • The buyer changes their mind.
  • The buyer failed to read the product description before purchasing.
  • The account contains Parental Controls or limitations clearly stated in the product description.
  • The buyer changes account information after receiving it.
  • The account credentials have been shared with another person.

All sales are considered final once account details are delivered.

7. الضمان المحدود | Limited Warranty

يتم توفير ضمان محدود لمدة 20 دقيقة بعد تسليم الحساب لغرض التحقق من بيانات الدخول فقط.

خلال هذه المدة، يجب عليك:

  • التأكد من إمكانية تسجيل الدخول.
  • التحقق من بيانات ومواصفات الحساب.

بعد انتهاء مدة الـ20 دقيقة، يعتبر الحساب مقبولاً كما تم تسليمه.

HostStore is not responsible for subsequent loss of access, account changes, recovery attempts, bans, or external interference after the warranty period.

A 20-minute limited warranty is provided after delivery solely for verification purposes.

During this period, you must:

  • Confirm login access.
  • Verify the account details.

After the 20-minute warranty period expires, the account is considered accepted as delivered.

8. حدود المسؤولية | Limitation of Liability

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل HostStore المسؤولية عن:

  • أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية.
  • فقدان الوصول إلى الحساب.
  • الحظر أو التعليق.
  • استعادة الحساب من قبل مالك أو جهة أخرى.
  • أي إجراءات تتخذها منصات أو مطورو الألعاب أو الخدمات الخارجية.

يتم تقديم المنتجات والخدمات "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات إضافية، باستثناء الضمان المحدود الموضح في هذه الشروط.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostStore shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of account access.
  • Bans or suspensions.
  • Account recovery by original owners or third parties.
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms, developers, or services.

All products and services are provided "as is" without additional warranties except for the limited warranty expressly stated in these Terms.

9. الحق في رفض الخدمة | Right to Refuse Service

يحتفظ HostStore بالحق في:

  • رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في أي وقت عند وجود سبب مشروع.
  • تقييد أو حظر المستخدمين بسبب السلوك المشبوه أو الاحتيالي أو المسيء.
  • اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لحماية المتجر والمستخدمين ومزودي الدفع.

HostStore reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order where there is a legitimate reason.
  • Ban or restrict users for suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  • Take appropriate action to protect the store, users, and payment providers.

10. تعديل الشروط | Modifications to Terms

يحتفظ HostStore بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت.

استمرارك في استخدام المتجر بعد نشر أي تعديلات يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدثة.

HostStore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

⚠️ الاتفاق النهائي | Final Agreement

بإتمام عملية الشراء من HostStore، فإنك تقر بأنك:

  • قرأت وفهمت هذه الشروط.
  • قرأت وصف المنتج قبل الشراء.
  • فهمت سياسة الاسترداد والضمان.
  • وافقت على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.

By purchasing from HostStore, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.
  • You have reviewed the product description before purchasing.
  • You understand the Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
  • You agree to all conditions stated above.
